  2. Prepare 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste

  8. Take 3 tbsp Coriander powder

Steps to make Veg fish:
  1. In a pan fry rawa on high flame for 2 minutes without oil. Then add milk, salt and turmeric and lower the flame. Now mix it well and get a thick consistency.
  2. Now grease a big plate with oil and spread the mixture to it. Make sure that it is evenly spread. Now keep it in the freezer for 70-80 minutes.
  3. Now take it out of the freezer and cut it in a diamond shape.
  4. Now deep fry the pieces until they turn a little bit brown. Make sure that they aren't over fried.
  5. Now in a pan take 4-5 tbsp oil and let it heat. Now add sesame and cumin seeds to it. Once the cumin seeds start to splutter add ginger garlic paste, green chilli, red chilli powder, salt, chat masala, coriander powder. Let all these fry around a minute.
  6. Add the deep fried pieces to it. Mix them well so that all the pieces get covered well. Add coriander leaves for garnishing. Veg fish is ready to serve

I, as a vegetarian, don't eat fish or meat. But a lot of vegetarians do. My husband is an ovo-lacto vegetarian and is really grossed out by fish so it's easier if we both identify the same. I have been to a lot of Thai restaurants, but not quite like Veg Fish Farm Thai Restaurant at Hulu Langat. Like the name implies, this restaurant has its own fish farm and they also grow their own.
