- Add - cinnamon -cloves -cumin - pepper -fennel seeds -garlic - 4 cloves -ginger -chilli powder -curry masal -coriander powder turmeric powder -coconut tamarind -onion (1) -tomato and salt to taste
- Fry until raw smells goes
- Let it cool and grind to smooth paste
- Heat the pan and add oil
- Add fenugreek seeds and 2 finely chopped onions, roughly chopped garlic (15 cloves) and green chilli
- Add the ground masala paste
- Add water for required consistency
- Let it boil and add the fish.
- Close and cook for 10 min
- Turn off the heat and garnish with fresh coriander leaves ! And voila ! Fish curry is ready.
