The ingredients needed to make Fry Fish:
  1. Take 4 inches Rauf fish boneless in
  2. Take 1 tsp Kasori methi
  3. Take 1 tsp Red chilli powder
  4. Take 1 tsp Chilli flakes
  5. Get 1 tsp Garam masala powder
  6. Prepare 1 pinch Haldi powder
  7. Take 2 tbsp Lemon juice
  8. Get 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  9. Take to taste Salt as required
  10. Prepare 1 tbsp Cornflour powder
  11. Prepare Oil to fry
  12. Prepare Breadcrumbs as required for coating
Instructions to make Fry Fish:
  1. Wash and Clean fish pieces, add lemon juice and ginger garlic paste, red chilli powder, haldi, chilli flakes, kasori methi, garam masala, cornflour powder. Mix well and keep for marination, 2 hours in Refrigerator.
  2. In wok, heat oil. Coat fish pieces in Breadcrumbs and deep fry it in oil, till golden. Dish out, crispy fry fish hot on butter paper.
  3. As, oil absorb, place in main dish and decorate well. Serve hot with chutney. Enjoy
