- To that bowl of potatoes, add your oil, garlic, and dry seasonings mixes. Stir it good to coat the potatoes. Dump it into a 9 x 13 pan. Put in a 425* oven for 20 minutes.
- Take it out after 20 minutes and stir it around. My potatoes were getting close to being done already, so I continued on with the next step. If you cut bigger chunks…you may want to cook them another 10 minutes before moving on.
- At this point, sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until melted and bubbling. I also threw in a few chopped up chicken breasts I had before adding cheese. Maybe 10-15 minutes.
