- Chopped Garlic fry low heat with vegetable oil until crispy • pound garlic + pepper corn + coriander root

- Place mixture in wonton sheet use water seal and close as shown • cook dumpling in boiling water **cooking trick ** when water boil add room temperature water and bring it to boil again repeat 3 times • remove dumpling and mix with garlic oil
