The ingredients needed to make Mun Tofu:
- Take 2 Tbsp sesame oil
- Take 3 cloves garlic, minced
- Get 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced or pounded
- Get 250 gr ground pork
- Make ready 1 pack silken tofu (300 gr), smashed with a fork
- Prepare 2 tsp fish sauce
- Make ready 1/2 Tbsp oyster sauce
- Prepare 1/4 tsp salt or to taste
- Make ready 1/4 tsp white pepper powder or to taste
- Make ready 150 ml water
- Get 1 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 Tbsp water
- Get 2 stalks green onions, thinly sliced
Steps to make Mun Tofu:
- Heat sesame oil over medium high heat. Sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.
- Add ground pork. Cook until it change color.
- Add water. Cook until boiling. - Season with fish sauce, oyster sauce, salt, and white pepper powder.
- Add tofu. Mix well.
- Add the mixture of cornstarch and water. Keep stirring until the sauce is thickened. Adjust the taste.
- Add green onions. Mix well. Remove from the heat.
- Serve over warm white rice. Yum! 😋
