  1. Soak the rice for 15 minutes
  2. In a pan add oil heat and add chopped garlic
  3. Fry for 2 minutes and add water and salt
  4. Bring a boil and add rsoak rice
  5. Cook rice till water evaporate totally
  6. Give it a mix with spoon and put on dam for 5 minutes
  7. Serve hot rice with Black pepper chicken
