Instructions to make Pasta Pakoda:
  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl. Add water if required to adjust the consistency of pakoda mixture.
  2. Heat oil in a pan. Take a little amount of mixture and dip fry on medium to high flame. Serve hot with tomato ketchup.
  3. Tips: You can also add leftover pasta to it. I used some white sauce pasta. Do not add too much garlic paste. Add salt per taste as all the pastes are salted. You can adjust the quantity of pastes(more or less) as per your liking. You can also add some pizza sauce if you want.
